Fan Expo Boston 2025 – Complete Event Overview

Get ready, Boston! Fan Expo is taking over the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) in the Seaport District from August 8–10. Dates & Hours

• Friday, August 8 – 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM (VIP/Ultimate Fan holders also have a 2:00 PM preview)

• Saturday, August 9 – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• Sunday, August 10 – 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Tip: Arrive early on Friday if you’re a VIP or looking for a quieter stroll through the exhibit hall.

Tickets & Badge Options

Fan Expo Boston offers a range of ticket types to suit every attendee:

• Single-Day Adult Passes start at $44 (advanced price) for Sunday

• Family and youth tickets are available, with youth passes as low as $29

• Ultimate Fan Package fans get VIP lounge access, early entry, and exclusive swag

• Refunds are available up to July 25, 10 AM ET; after that, purchases are final

Tip: If cosplay contest entry or first access is on your radar, Ultimate or VIP badges are well worth it.
